Isaiah 9:1-6

Thu Dec 25, 2008, 3:51 AM
The people who walked in darkness
have seen a great light;
upon those who dwelt in the land of gloom
a light has shone.
You have brought them abundant joy
and great rejoicing,
as they rejoice before you as at the harvest,
as people make merry when dividing spoils.
For the yoke that burdened them,
the pole on their shoulder,
and the rod of their taskmaster
you have smashed, as on the day of Midian.
For every boot that tramped in battle,
every cloak rolled in blood,
will be burned as fuel for flames.
For a child is born to us, a son is given us;
upon his shoulder dominion rests.
They name him Wonder-Counsellor, God-Hero,
Father-Forever, Prince of Peace.
His dominion is vast
and forever peaceful,
from David’s throne, and over his kingdom,
which he confirms and sustains
by judgment and justice,
both now and forever.
The zeal of the LORD of hosts will do this!

If you want to view paradise, simply look around and view it
anything you want to do it
want to change the world? there's nothing to it.

Yay Joe! Someone has finally added a comment! :D I'm soooo proud of you - I knew that you would excel, because you have what it takes to succeed: ambition and drive. Way to go!

I'm alive and lately, that really says something! I'm marking the start of month 3 without a job, kinda scary, but I'm managing. Janine is living with me now and she is such a blessing. I'm on the waiting list for a job at the Youth Center, so I've got my fingers crossed. Other than that, I'm revising my novel and drawing every now and again. Not bad, eh?
:iconap0c01yp5:
not bad at all. im still looking forward to you finishing that novel.
